Wombaroo Bottle Teat P - Large Kitten/Rabbit/Possum

Wombaroo Teat P is a small natural latex feeding teat designed for hand-rearing very small young animals that need a fine, controlled milk flow.

Its narrow shape makes it a practical option for tiny mouths, helping carers feed more accurately and comfortably during the early stages of hand-rearing. It can be fitted to a Wombaroo Feeding Bottle or used with other compatible bottles, and may also be used over a syringe when extra control is needed.

Because the teat is supplied without a pre-made hole, you can customise the opening to suit the size of the animal and the thickness of the milk formula being used.

How to Prepare

The teat is supplied without a hole.

Pierce the tip carefully with a hot needle to create a very small opening. Increase the size gradually only if needed.

When inverted, milk should drip slowly rather than run freely.

Feeding Tip

For very small animals, controlling milk flow is especially important. If the opening is too large, milk may flow too quickly and increase the risk of aspiration.

Choose a teat size and feeding method appropriate for the animal being hand-reared, and seek guidance from an experienced carer or veterinarian if you are unsure.

Care & Storage

Wash immediately after use in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely.

Store in a cool, dry and dark place, ideally inside an opaque airtight container. As natural latex can deteriorate over time, replace the teat if it becomes sticky, cracked, stretched or damaged.
