All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may differ between our online store and our physical store. We may update prices, promotions, and product information at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order. We will not intentionally mislead customers about pricing or promotions.
Payment must be received and authorised before an order is processed.
7. New Zealand-only delivery
We currently deliver within New Zealand only. We do not ship outside New Zealand.
Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times may be affected by courier delays, stock availability, public holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address you provided, or when collected by you or someone on your behalf.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by you.
8. Click and collect
Where click and collect is available, you will be notified when your order is ready for collection.
Please bring your order confirmation or suitable identification when collecting your order. We may refuse collection if we cannot reasonably verify the order.
9. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a remedy under New Zealand law.
