Kiwi Kitchens Gently Air-Dried Lamb & Mackerel Dinner is a high-protein, nutrient-dense dog food made with 93% New Zealand grass-fed lamb and wild-caught mackerel.

The recipe combines lamb, lamb lung and lamb liver with mackerel, flaxseed, fish oil and a carefully balanced blend of vitamins and minerals. It is gently air-dried to help retain flavour and nutrients while creating a convenient, shelf-stable food that can be served straight from the bag.

It can be fed as a complete and balanced everyday meal or used as a meal mixer to add extra protein, flavour and omega-3-rich nutrition to your dog’s existing diet.

Feeding Guide – Complete Meal

2.3kg dog: approximately 35g / ½ cup per day
4.5kg dog: approximately 65g / ¾ cup per day
9kg dog: approximately 105g / 1 cup per day
13.5kg dog: approximately 145g / 1½ cups per day
18kg dog: approximately 180g / 1¾ cups per day
22.5kg dog: approximately 210g / 2¼ cups per day
27kg dog: approximately 240g / 2½ cups per day
31.5kg dog: approximately 270g / 2¾ cups per day

For dogs over 31.5kg, feed approximately 270g plus an additional 55g for every extra 10kg of body weight.

Puppies and pregnant or nursing dogs may require approximately two to three times the adult feeding amount.

Using as a Meal Mixer

A starting ratio of approximately ¼ Kiwi Kitchens Air-Dried Lamb & Mackerel Dinner to ¾ of your dog’s current food can be used.

Reduce the amount of the other food accordingly so your dog’s overall calorie intake remains appropriate.

How to Feed

Serve directly from the bag with no preparation required.

Because air-dried food is nutrient and calorie dense, portions are generally smaller than standard kibble or wet food.

Always ensure fresh drinking water is available.

Transitioning to Kiwi Kitchens

When changing foods, transition gradually over approximately 7 days.

Start by mixing a small amount of Kiwi Kitchens with your dog’s current food and gradually increase the new food while reducing the old food.
